Role Description The Production Planning Control Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for ensuring efficient and timely production across multiple product lines. This role oversees daily production scheduling, coordinates with procurement, warehousing, and manufacturing teams, and monitors capacity utilization to meet delivery timelines. The manager will develop and adjust production plans, track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, and address bottlenecks or deviations from schedules. Daily responsibilities include analyzing production data, implementing process improvements, maintaining documentation and reports, and aligning planning activities with quality and safety standards. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and fulfill client-specific requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning to manage daily manufacturing activities and meet committed timelines.
- Demonstrated skills in Capacity Planning and Analytical Skills to optimize resource utilization and evaluate production performance.
- Experience in Inventory Control to maintain appropriate stock levels of raw materials and finished goods and reduce stockouts or excess inventory.
- Proficiency with ERP or production management software, and advanced Excel skills for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or personal care manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and production floor personnel.
