Location: Faridabad
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).
- Experience: 2–5 years in production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and shop floor coordination.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of manufacturing processes (Forging, Machining (CNC &VMC), Gear Cutting, Broaching, Grinding, Powder Coating, Plating, and Heat Treatment).
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet customer orders.
- Coordinate with procurement and quality teams.
- Perform capacity planning and load balancing.
- Identify bottlenecks; and maintain MIS reports.
Key Skills: Analytical problem-solving, strong communication, and basic MS Excel. SAP knowledge is preferred.
