Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Planning Control Specialist based in Rajkot. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing production schedules, managing and streamlining production planning processes, and ensuring the timely and efficient manufacturing and delivery of products. Additional duties include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing resource allocation, and collaborating with teams to resolve production planning challenges. The role demands effective communication with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and goal alignment.
Qualifications
- Strong Production Planning and Production Scheduling expertise
- Proficiency in Planning and effective decision-making skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying and addressing challenges in the production process
- Effective Communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work in a results-oriented manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a production planning or manufacturing control role is highly desirable
