We are looking for a skilled PPC Engineer responsible for production planning, material coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of manufacturing schedules. The candidate will play a key role in aligning materials with production requirements to avoid delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on sales orders and customer requirements.
- Perform material matching to ensure availability of raw materials as per production plan.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and Production teams to resolve material shortages.
- Monitor SAP/MRP stock status, including pending PRs (Purchase Requisitions) and POs (Purchase Orders).
- Follow up on material shortages and delays to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Maintain MIS reports related to production planning and material status.
- Support RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action) activities for production and material issues.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge in Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- Experience in Material Matching / Inventory Planning
- Hands-on experience in SAP / MRP systems
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in Sheet Metal / Fabrication Industry will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
- 2- 4 years Experience in sheet metal fabrication
