Role Description
We are seeking a Production Planning and Inventory Control Professional for a full-time, on-site role in Roorkee. The individual will be responsible for production scheduling, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability, and coordinating with internal departments to maintain smooth production processes. Key tasks include analyzing production data, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, overseeing material procurement, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and process optimization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of quality assurance standards, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors for seamless operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
