Job Description
We are looking for a Production Planning Executive with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing operations and production planning. The candidate will be responsible for preparing production schedules, monitoring production activities, coordinating with shop floor teams, and ensuring smooth production flow as per targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Line balancing and capacity planning
- Understanding routing and process flow
- Monitoring daily production versus production plan
- Coordination with production and planning teams
- Follow-up for timely completion of production targets
- Maintaining production reports and MIS
- Ensuring optimum utilization of manpower and machines
Required Skills
- Knowledge of cycle time, takt time, and OEE
- Basic understanding of production planning processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
- Team handling and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Preferred Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities on the shop floor
- Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking for identifying production bottlenecks

- Collaborative team player with good conflict-resolution skills
