Order Management

      - Ensuring forecast orders in APS (Advanced Production System) is inline with sales demand

 - Preparing weekly report of Operational plan vs Sales orders and report discrepancy to       management

KPIs & MIS Reports

- Monitoring the KPIs for section and driving the team to achieve it. -Daily Report preparation and circulation (Production, Wholesale, Retail) - Circulating weekly production tracker ( Pending Bookings, Forecast, operational plan progress)

        -  Monthly Business performance reports (Plan vs Actual)
