🚀 We're Hiring: Production Planner
📍 Location: Bhilad, Gujarat
Are you passionate about production planning, coordination, and driving operational excellence? We're looking for a Production Planner to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring seamless manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Production machine planning and scheduling
✅ Raw material planning based on Sales Orders (SO)
✅ Coordination with the Sales team to align production priorities
✅ Raise purchase requisitions for Raw Materials (RM) and Packing Materials (PM)
✅ Dispatch planning in coordination with customers and the Sales team
✅ Capacity mapping and production optimization
✅ Monitor and ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) performance while adhering to plant norms
What We're Looking For
✔️ Graduate/Degree holder
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed manufacturing organization
✔️ Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
