To Lead the PPC Department
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend daily production and departmental meetings (DWM).
- Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly production & dispatch schedules.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Manage raw material planning, availability, and timely purchase indents.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor daily production & dispatch progress against targets.
- Ensure readiness of job cards, drawings, and delivery instructions.
- Plan dispatch schedules and arrange logistics/vehicle requirements.
- Track stock utilization, minimize non-moving inventory, and control scrap.
- Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports and stock statements.
- Conduct shop floor reviews and implement corrective actions.
- Verify contractor billing and maintain ERP records.
- Identify skill gaps and support team training initiatives.
Educational Background and Work Experience:
Total 5+ years of industry exeperience. preferably from Transmssion Line Towers(TLT) Industry background
Competences:
- Communication Skills
- Knowledge about Auto CAD
- Knowledge about Assemble of TLT
- Knowledge about Tower Design BE/B.Tech or Diploma or Any Graduation.
