Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production/PD Merchant role based in Jaipur. The Production/PD Merchant will oversee product development and production from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and punctuality. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers and suppliers, sourcing materials, managing production timelines, and maintaining detailed documentation. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management, production planning, and supply chain coordination
- Knowledge of material sourcing, vendor management, and maintaining production schedules
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or other production management tools
- Understanding of sustainable materials and design principles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Design, or a related field
