Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator for a full-time, on-site position located in Pune Division. The Production Operator will oversee and manage various tasks on the production line, operate and maintain machinery, and ensure that production targets are met efficiently. The role also involves performing quality checks, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with team members to optimize productivity. Training on specific processes will be provided to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and Production Lines
- Experience in Quality Control processes and practices
- Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Capacity to provide and participate in Training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic production setting
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
