Job Title: Production Operator – Injectables (Filling)

Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Production Operators for our Injectables – Filling department. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical injectable manufacturing and filling operations, with a strong understanding of GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical production procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injectable filling machines and associated production equipment.
- Perform filling operations as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Maintain batch manufacturing records and production documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, gowning, and aseptic processing requirements.
- Monitor production activities and report deviations or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Engineering teams.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. or relevant qualification in a related field.
- Experience: 2–6 years in pharmaceutical production, preferably in injectable filling operations.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Experience working in injectable manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
