Production & Operations Manager – Exhibitions & Events
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Hiring at: Noida, India Office
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions and events. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, timely delivery, and high-quality execution across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage end-to-end operations for exhibitions and events.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Oversee logistics, setup, and on-site execution.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Handle troubleshooting and resolve operational challenges during events.
• Manage inventory, materials, and event assets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare post-event reports and performance evaluations.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in event/exhibition operations is a must.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Role also involves day to day operation for a retail brand.
Preferred Skills:
• Vendor management and negotiation.
• Budget management.
• Team leadership.
• Knowledge of event production and logistics.
• Coordination of domestic and international shipments for retail brand.
Qualifications:
• Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven past records of executing multiple Domestic & International Events.
Good to have:
• Candidates having exposure to another language.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
