We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Production Operations to lead manufacturing operations at our Painting & Coating Systems manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Project-wise Production Planning, Scheduling & Execution
- Overall Factory Operations & Workforce Management
- Managing Production, Quality, Stores & Dispatch Activities
- Handling Sheet Metal Fabrication, Heavy Fabrication, MS/SS Structures, Piping & Tank Fabrication
- Mechanical Drawing Reading & Production Execution
- Production Monitoring, Process Control & Continuous Improvement
- Team Leadership, Productivity Enhancement & Resource Management
- Ensuring Timely Delivery, Quality Compliance & Safety Standards
Preferred Experience
- Painting Booth Manufacturing
- Industrial Ovens & Drying Systems
- Shot Blasting Equipment
- Powder Coating Plants
- Heavy Fabrication & Industrial Equipment Manufacturing
- ERP-Based Production Planning & Shop Floor Management
Qualifications
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 8–15 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
