Responsibilities
- Arrange the raw materials for production, ensure each material with proper identification and placed at right place in the plant.
- Ensure production process is running as per defined SOP.
- Maintain all process parameters as per work instructions
- C ontrol all shopfloor activities and get the job done with the help of contract workmen
- Coordinate with all service departments (QC, Engg., EHS, stores) in shifts to avoid down times for timely material delivery
- Ensuring all FG packing operations (Quality & Safety)
- Ensure plant and people safety
- Maintain shift report & handover the charge to reliver properly
- In-process testing
- Maintain housekeeping of the plant
- Incident reporting.
