Role Description
Monitor and manage TNA coordinate with production, QA and merchandising. Analyze delay and prepare MIS reports to ensure timely shipment delivery.
Experience:- 2-5 years Experinece as a production merchandiser in hardgoods.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to understand market trends and support business growth.
- Experience in Retail environments, with attention to detail and a strong understanding of product presentation.
- Organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard productivity tools.
- Relevant experience in production coordination or merchandising, preferably in the furniture and home décor industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and a focus on achieving high standards of quality and efficiency.
