Role Summary
The Production & Marketing Executive will support manufacturing operations while assisting marketing and sales activities. The role involves coordination across production teams and customers to ensure quality output, timely delivery, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Support day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and production timelines
- Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams
- Maintain basic production records and documentation
- Follow company policies, procedures, and ISO guidelines
Marketing & Sales Support
- Assist in execution of marketing and sales initiatives
- Identify potential customers and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with customers on orders, specifications, and delivery schedules
- Assist in market research and collection of customer feedback
- Support promotional and business development activities
Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of production or manufacturing processes
- Customer coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
- Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience
- Candidates from manufacturing or industrial backgrounds will be an advantage
