Role Description
As a Production Manager at Massterheat Industries, you will oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring that production goals are met on schedule while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring production schedules, managing the production team, maintaining equipment, optimizing processes, and improving operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Daman and Diu, India.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Planning, Scheduling, and Process Optimization
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance Processes, Safety Standards, and Compliance
- Team Leadership, Staff Management, and Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Technical expertise in Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Operations
- Problem-solving skills and ability to implement Continuous Improvement Strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of industrial heating systems and their applications is a plus
