Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager (Sweets) located in Indore. The Production Manager will oversee daily sweet production operations, ensuring products meet quality and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, streamlining processes, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, coordinating with staff, supervising procurement of ingredients, maintaining production records, and addressing potential production-related challenges to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management and operations, including scheduling and workflow optimization
- Strong knowledge of quality control, hygiene, and safety standards in the food manufacturing industry
- Skills in inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor coordination
- Leadership and team management abilities to supervise and train staff effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing production challenges
- Relevant experience in the food, snack, or confectionery industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field is an advantage
- Commitment to maintaining high production standards and continuous process improvements
