We're Hiring | Production Manager / Supervisor – Compounds & Masterbatches
Location: Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Production Manager / Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence in the Wire & Cable Compounds & Masterbatches industry.
Key Requirements:
• Industry Experience: Wire & Cable Compounds & Masterbatches (Mandatory)
• Core Expertise: Production Planning & Scheduling, Process Optimization, Extrusion & Compounding Operations, Team Leadership, Continuous Improvement, and hands-on experience in operating extrusion lines
• Preferred Background: Production, Manufacturing, or Plant Operations
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Polymer, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (CIPET graduates preferred)
• Experience: 10–20 years
Important: Applications from candidates with experience outside the Wire & Cable Compounds & Masterbatches industry will not be considered.
