Job Title: Production Manager – PVC Doors & Pipes Manufacturing
Location: Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for PVC doors and pipes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete production operations for PVC doors and pipes
- Manage and optimize extrusion processes
- Ensure compliance with IS 4985 and IS 12818 standards
- Plan production schedules and monitor daily output
- Coordinate maintenance of machinery (extruder, pneumatic, electrical systems)
- Implement process improvements for productivity and cost control
- Maintain safety and quality standards
- Lead and supervise shop-floor teams
Technical Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Extruder operations
- Experience with Pneumatic systems
- Understanding of Electrical systems & troubleshooting
- Experience in PVC door/pipe manufacturing is mandatory
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E / B.Tech in Polymer Engineering or any Engineering discipline
- (Mechanical / Electrical / Production preferred)
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in PVC pipe/door manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with IS 4985 & IS 12818 standards
- CTC: Maximum gross up to 75 K PM + Accommodation
