Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at our Manesar, Haryana facility. The role involves production planning, resource allocation, quality control, process optimization, and coordination with design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, maintain quality standards, and manage shop-floor operations while ensuring smooth factory performance.
Qualifications
- 8–15 years of production management experience in the woodworking, modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, or related interior manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in factory operations, quality control, and process improvement.
- Proven team leadership and shop-floor management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/software for production planning and MS Office.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
