Role Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the complete assembly plant operations involving electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring smooth production, quality compliance, process efficiency, and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise and manage day-to-day assembly operations for electrical and mechanical products.

● Read, understand, and implement circuit diagrams, wiring layouts, and mechanical drawings.

● Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 30 personnel across assembly, design, dispatch, invoicing, HR, and management functions.

● Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

● Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs to improve productivity, process flow, and operational efficiency.

● Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of orders.

● Maintain production records, reports, and documentation through computer-based systems.

● Ensure adherence to applicable quality standards, safety norms, and internal process requirements.

● Monitor workforce discipline, productivity, and overall performance on the shop floor.

Requirements:

● Sound knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, and mechanical assembly processes.

● Strong team handling, supervision, and coordination capabilities.

● Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in computer operations for reporting, documentation, and SOP preparation.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Requirement:

● Must be physically fit and capable of actively supervising shop floor and plant operations.
