Plant & Co-Packer Manager / Head
We are looking for a results-driven Plant & Co-Packer Manager / Head to own end-to-end plant operations and co-packer coordination while ensuring strong execution, cost control, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional production requirements in line with capacity and demand.
- Drive monthly, weekly, and daily production planning.
- Ensure timely availability of raw material, packing material, and resources.
- Monitor production output, quality standards, and on-time delivery.
- Manage co-packer onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Work on manufacturing cost optimization by reducing wastage and improving efficiency.
- Strengthen preventive maintenance, reduce breakdowns, and support productivity improvement.
- Ensure legal, statutory, and operational compliance.
- Build team capability through training, performance management, and manpower planning.
Ideal profile
- Experience in plant operations, production planning, and co-packer management.
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of quality, compliance, and cost optimization.
- A proactive and process-oriented approach.
