We are urgently looking for a Production Manager(Food Industry) at the Food Company at the Gondal Location.
Position: Production Manager (Food Industry)
Location: Gondal, Rajkot District, Gujarat (Corporate Office & Plant)
Experience: 5–10 years in food safety, quality, or regulatory compliance within the food processing industry (FMCG, ingredients, or dehydrated foods preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international food safety regulations
- Manage Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), HACCP, allergen management, and traceability
- Plan and handle audits such as BRC, Sedex, and other regulatory audits
- Maintain and control food safety and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate with QC, plant operations, and cross-functional teams
- Communicate with regulators, auditors, and domestic/international customers
