Role Description
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Production Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met, manage resource planning, and optimize workflow efficiency. The role involves coordinating with various teams, maintaining inventory control, and implementing quality assurance protocols to ensure smooth and effective production processes.
Qualifications
- Strong production planning, resource management, and workflow optimization skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and quality assurance practices
- Effective leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and manufacturing standards
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production management roles
- Knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance is an advantage
