Viba Industries Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and technically strong Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Jalgaon facility.

This role is ideal for someone who is not only capable of managing production but also has strong practical knowledge of industrial machines and manufacturing processes.
📍 Location: Jalgaon, Maharashtra
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Complete shop floor management and workforce supervision
✔ Daily production planning and execution
✔ Manufacturing planning for Fire Protection Systems and engineering products
✔ Production coordination for:
Electrical Panels & Fire Panels
EV Charger Cabinets & Enclosures
Welding Tables & Fabrication Products
CNC, Laser Cutting & Sheet Metal Jobs
✔ Ensure dispatch-ready material as per deadlines
✔ Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams
✔ Maintain quality, productivity, and process discipline
✔ Raw material planning and coordination with purchase department
✔ Optimize machine utilization and production efficiency
🛠 Technical Skills Required:
✅ Hands-on knowledge and operation of:
Laser Cutting Machines
CNC Bending Machines
CNC Machines
VMC Machines
✅ Software knowledge preferred:
Fanuc
Solid Edge
SolidWorks
AutoCAD
Fusion 360
Other industrial/manufacturing software
✅ Strong understanding of:
Sheet metal fabrication
CNC programming basics
Engineering drawings & production workflow
👤 Desired Candidate:
✔ Practical, execution-oriented leader
✔ Strong labour handling and shopfloor management skills
✔ Experience in fabrication, electrical panel manufacturing, or precision engineering industry
✔ Ability to handle production independently and deliver results under timelines
