Production Supervisor
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience Required: 2–5 years in production/manufacturing operations
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage daily production activities to achieve targets.
- Supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor processes to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines/equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store departments.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Enforce safety standards and company policies on the shop floor.
- Reduce wastage and drive productivity improvements.
- Manage raw material usage and ensure stock availability.
- Train and guide workers to improve performance and discipline.
Skills & Competencies- Production planning and team supervision

- Basic reporting and documentation skills
