We are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced Production Manager to oversee and lead the production operations within our footwear soles manufacturing division. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in efficiently managing an EVA Injection Sole Unit, ensuring optimal productivity, quality standards, and operational excellence.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end EVA Injection Sole production operations.
• Develop and execute daily and monthly production plans.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rejection rates.
• Optimize raw material utilization and control production costs.
• Supervise the production team and maintain discipline.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Ensure timely achievement of production targets.
• Maintain accurate production reports and inventory records.
📌 Requirements:
• B. Tech. or a equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience in Footwear Industry (Expertise in EVA sole technology will be preferred).
• Strong knowledge of EVA injection processes and machinery.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good reporting and coordination skills.
💰 Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000/- per month (Based on experience).
