Oorjaa is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations across our home décor and lighting portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving production efficiency, ensuring quality excellence, and enabling scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and execution
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely order fulfillment
• Manage and develop production teams, fostering accountability and performance
• Oversee vendor coordination, procurement alignment, and inventory management
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency through process improvements
• Implement and standardize SOPs across production units
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate production MIS, reporting, and performance dashboards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Procurement, Merchandising, and Sales teams
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in production management within home décor, lighting, furniture, or allied manufacturing sectors
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Expertise in production planning, quality control, and vendor management
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
