About the role
We are looking for someone who can take full responsibility for production at Tara Bhuyan Couture.
This is not a design-only role.
You will be handling real execution on the ground — working with masterji, karigars, embroidery teams, and ensuring garments move smoothly from sketch to final delivery.
If you’ve worked in couture and understand how production actually runs day-to-day, this will be a good fit.

What you will be doing
• Handling complete production flow – from sketch to final garment
• Working closely with masterji, tailors and embroidery karigars
• Translating designs into clear instructions for execution
• Managing sampling, cutting, embroidery and finishing
• Keeping track of all ongoing orders and timelines
• Ensuring quality control at every stage (measurements, finishing, fit)
• Coordinating fabric sourcing, dyeing and materials
• Maintaining basic production sheets / tracking (Excel or similar)
• Managing day-to-day workflow in the unit and keeping things on schedule

What we are looking for
• 3–6 years experience in couture / bridal production
• Strong understanding of garments, embroidery and fabrics
• Someone who has actually handled karigars and masterji directly
• Comfortable managing multiple orders at once
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Basic Excel knowledge is enough
Most importantly —
we are looking for someone who takes ownership and gets work done without constant follow-up.
