Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Mumbai. The Production Manager will oversee the successful execution of brand events and experiential activations by managing logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising production schedules, ensuring quality control, leading on-site management, and resolving production challenges efficiently. The role demands leadership, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Team Coordination skills to oversee end-to-end event production
- Proficiency in Vendor Management and Budget Handling for cost-efficient operations
- Problem-Solving and Risk Management aptitude to address challenges during production
- Strong Communication and Leadership skills to collaborate with teams and manage stakeholders
- Knowledge of Event Logistics, Setup Design, and Technical Requirements in the events industry
- Flexibility to work on-site in Mumbai and occasional extended hours as needed
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event production or a related field
- Proficiency in project management tools and relevant software
- Creative mindset with a focus on delivering unique and impactful experiences
