Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Haji Ali. The Production Manager will oversee daily bakery operations, manage production schedules, and ensure consistency in product quality and output. They will supervise the team in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to manage resources efficiently, and continuously improve processes to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management or food manufacturing
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and quality control processes
- Skills in inventory management, production scheduling, and cost optimization
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and process improvement
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and ensure delivery timelines
- Relevant certifications in food production or a degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field are a plus
