Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Manager to lead and oversee production operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production activities, managing resources, ensuring product quality, supervising teams, and collaborating with departments to optimize workflows and meet production targets. The Production Manager will also be responsible for adhering to budgets, maintaining safety standards, and troubleshooting any production issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and workflow optimization
- Experience in resource allocation, team leadership, and operations management
- Proficiency in quality assurance processes and standards
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting production challenges
- Familiarity with production equipment and machinery operations is an advantage
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role in manufacturing or a related industry
