Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Delhi, India. The Production Manager will oversee event planning and execution, manage production schedules, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure that events meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines. The role also involves problem-solving during events, maintaining client relationships, and driving innovative ideas to deliver exceptional event experiences.
Qualifications
- Event Production Management experience, including planning and executing large-scale corporate events
- Experience 5-7 years
- Vendor Coordination and Supply Chain Management skills
- Proficient in Budget Management and Resource Allocation
- Strong Knowledge in Branding and Event Design
- Excellent Communication and Team Leadership skills
- Problem-solving, Time Management, and Organizational abilities
- Familiarity with local and international event regulations and practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required by event schedules
