Role Description
The Production Manager at SHRINIWAS TEXTILES will oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, supervising teams, optimizing workflows, monitoring material usage, and ensuring products meet quality benchmarks. The role also involves collaborating with various departments, troubleshooting production challenges, and implementing process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Solapur.

- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and equipment used in the textile industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is preferred.
