Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Unit-2 Doddabellapur,Bengaluru for a Production Manager at Schnell Pack Systems. The Production Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and on-time delivery. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, overseeing equipment maintenance, identifying process improvements, and coordinating with other departments to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in production planning, process optimization, and operational strategy
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery such as packaging equipment
- Proficiency in production software, CAD/CAM systems, and ERP tools
- Team leadership, training, and performance management skills
- Ability to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Practical experience in the manufacturing or machinery industry is preferred
