About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in the Home Furnishings Export Industry to oversee end-to-end production operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete manufacturing process, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and meeting shipment deadlines.

Salary: ₹45,000–₹55,000 per month (Compensation may vary based on relevant experience and skills.)

Qualifications
* 3–7 years of experience in Home Furnishings, Home Textiles, or Export House Manufacturing.
* Candidates with experience in Home Furnishing Export Houses will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise the complete production cycle from fabric sourcing coordination to cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, quality inspection, packing, and dispatch.
* Plan daily production schedules and ensure timely execution of all orders.
* Coordinate with all production departments to maintain a smooth workflow.
* Monitor production efficiency and ensure all shipment deadlines are met.
* Ensure strict adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
* Conduct regular production reviews and resolve operational issues promptly.
* Coordinate with the merchandising and planning teams to meet buyer requirements.
* Maintain production records and monitor work-in-progress across departments.
* Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
* Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
* Ensure compliance with factory safety and quality procedures.
