Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager, located in Chhatral. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market research, product planning, and overseeing the manufacturing process. The role includes managing product design, development, pricing strategies, and ensuring alignment with client specifications and branding needs. They will work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, production, and quality assurance, ensuring rigorous product quality checks and timely delivery. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and contributing to the company’s sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management, including product design, development, and lifecycle management
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, packaging materials, and quality control
- Strong skills in market research, customer insights, and pricing strategy development
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle client requirements
- Familiarity with or experience in the packaging industry and sustainability-focused processes is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools and data management systems is preferred
