Role Description The Production Manager role at Reactive Steels is a full-time, on-site position based in Anantapur. The Production Manager oversees daily plant operations, including planning and scheduling production, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring workflow to meet output and quality targets. Responsibilities include supervising production staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements, and optimizing the use of equipment and materials.

Qualifications
- Strong background in production or plant management within manufacturing or heavy industry, preferably steel or metals.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources to meet delivery and quality targets.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices for industrial operations.
- Ability to lead and supervise diverse teams, including shift staff and operators, with a focus on performance and engagement.
- Competence in analyzing operational data, monitoring KPIs, and using insights to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in industrial or steel production, and basic maintenance coordination.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
