Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Production Manager located in Jaisalmer. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, supervising the production team, maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Production Management, Inventory Control, and Workflow Optimization experience
- Leadership, Team Development, and Conflict Resolution skills
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Safety Standards, and Regulatory Compliance
- Problem-Solving, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making skills
- Proficiency in relevant software including ERP systems and production management tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is a strong advantage
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments and meet targets
