Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, meeting quality standards, and maintaining schedules. The role also involves managing teams, optimizing resources, implementing process improvements, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management
- Knowledge of resource optimization, team management, and productivity improvement
- Understanding of safety procedures, regulatory compliance, and operational standards
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in the precision metal parts manufacturing industry is a plus
