Role Description
As a Production Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of wedding events, ensuring smooth coordination between all departments and vendors. Key responsibilities include managing event timelines, quality control, logistics, and troubleshooting any onsite challenges. You will work closely with clients to understand and implement their vision while ensuring all services meet quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Experience in event management, project coordination, and logistics.
- Proficiency in planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor coordination and client engagement.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle unexpected challenges calmly and effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with wedding planning or related industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic office tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and availability to work during weekends or extended hours as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
