Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwadi for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with supply chain teams, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. The role also involves leading and managing a team while working to optimize resources and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in production management, manufacturing processes, and operational workflows
- Proficiency in quality control, process optimization, and maintaining organizational safety standards
- Ability to lead and manage diverse teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills in manufacturing contexts
- Experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with teams and stakeholders
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in sustainable packaging or an eco-friendly manufacturing environment is a plus
