Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Jaipur. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations of the production processes, manage production schedules, ensure quality control, and monitor the supply chain. The role includes coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries, managing team productivity, and optimizing production workflows to meet business goals. The individual will also be expected to implement effective practices to improve operational efficiency and align production activities with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Planning, Team Management, and Workflow Optimization
- Experience with Supply Chain Management and Vendor Coordination
- Understanding of Materials Management and Quality Control Procedures
- Knowledge in Time Management and Problem-Solving under a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in using manufacturing management systems and production tools
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in garment manufacturing or the fashion industry is an advantage
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be based in Jaipur permanently and work in an on-site capacity
