Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in the Pune District. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality standards, and maintain project timelines. Responsibilities include development of new parts, supervising the production team, optimizing workflows, managing resources, implementing quality assurance strategies, and ensuring health and safety compliance within the facility. The role also involves collaborating with teams to exceed client expectations in efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- Production planning, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency management.
- Team leadership and workforce management skills, with an ability to lead, mentor, and develop production teams.
- Experience with Advanced CNC Mills and Lathes, and a strong understanding of custom fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices, testing protocols, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in production management software and familiarity with supply chain processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and client expectations.
