We’re Hiring: Production Manager (Door Manufacturing) – Dehradun
We are growing our manufacturing operations and looking for a sharp, hands-on Production Manager to oversee and scale our door production facility in Dehradun. If you have a keen eye for detail, love optimization, and know how to lead a factory floor, we want you.
What you’ll do:
* Oversee end-to-end door production, ensuring top-notch quality control and efficiency.
* Manage daily factory workflow, material scheduling, and team coordination.
* Optimize production processes to minimize waste and meet delivery timelines.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in manufacturing or production management (background in woodworking, furniture, ply, or interior hardware is a massive plus).
* Strong leadership skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset on the shop floor.
* Familiarity with production planning, raw material management, and modern machinery.
