Morni is building a new kind of production system - where natural materials, Indian craft, and technology come together to create high-quality, made-to-order garments for a global audience.
We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and structure our B2B production operations from our Jaipur base.
This is not a traditional production role. We are looking for someone who can build systems, implement SOPs, and use technology to bring clarity and control to production.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end B2B order execution
- Build and implement SOPs across production workflows
- Use tools and systems to track orders, timelines, and QC
- Coordinate across vendors, karigars, and internal teams
- Ensure consistency across multiple concurrent orders
- Maintain structured documentation and reporting
- Continuously improve processes using tech and automation
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in production (preferably with export houses)
- Experience working with high-quality / luxury garments
- Strong understanding of production timelines, QC, and vendor coordination
- Extremely organized and process-driven
- Comfortable using digital tools (Notion, Airtable, etc.)
- Ability to implement and enforce systems across teams
- Strong ownership and communication skills
Bonus
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, documentation, or operations
- Exposure to modern production / workflow systems
