Our manufacturing team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced professional to join Miicron Wires & Polymers Pvt. Ltd. at our Palghar, Maharashtra manufacturing facility.

Production Manager
📍 Location: Palghar, Maharashtra, India
Experience Required
✔ 10+ years in Specialty Chemical / Polymer Manufacturing
✔ Minimum 5 years in a Production/Manufacturing leadership role
✔ Hands-on experience with exothermic reaction processes and specialty chemical manufacturing
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading production operations and manufacturing excellence initiatives
Process optimization and continuous improvement
Safe execution of exothermic chemical reactions
Technology transfer from R&D to commercial production
Production planning and capacity enhancement
ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001 Management Systems
Process Safety Management (HAZOP, MOC, CAPA)
Sustainability, Carbon Zero / Net Zero initiatives and energy optimization
Building and developing high-performing production teams
Preferred Industry Experience
Phenol Blocked Isocyanates
Organic Titanates
Polyesterimide Resins
Specialty Polymers
