Coater And Shaper India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at its Gadarpur facility.
Job Details- Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities- Plan, schedule and monitor production to meet delivery deadlines.
- Supervise cutting, bending, welding, punching and finishing operations.
- Manage fabrication of sheet metal panels, electrical enclosures and busbars.
- Lead, train and motivate supervisors, operators and contract workers.
- Drive quality standards and reduce rejection, rework and improve first-pass yield.
- Coordinate with Design, Stores, Purchase and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure safety, 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
- Track production KPIs including output, OEE, scrap, OTD and manpower productivity.
- Support cost reduction and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization and timely execution of production plans.
